Keets — Delete your account
Keets is made by Rik Haus. App ID com.erikhaus.keets
In the app
Open Keets and go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot
be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed
Email jim@kuhn-systems.com from the
address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in, or tell us your Keets tag (shown in Settings).
Requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, including the Apple or Google sign-in identifier, display name and Keets tag.
- Your exploration progress — every visited map cell.
- Every Quest you created, including its name and boundary.
- Invite codes you generated.
- The link between your account and your device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Anonymous usage events — counts of actions such as starting a recording.
These are kept for product analytics. They reference an internal identifier that no longer
resolves to any account once deletion is complete, and contain no name, sign-in identifier or
location.
- The device admission record — a random device identifier and the invite code
that admitted it, kept so a single device cannot redeem the limited invite supply repeatedly.
It is not linked to your identity after deletion.
Nothing else is retained. There are no backups holding deleted accounts beyond the hosting
provider's own short-term database snapshots.

Öffne Keets und gehe zu Einstellungen → Konto löschen. Die Löschung erfolgt
sofort und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
Wenn die App nicht mehr installiert ist
Schreibe an jim@kuhn-systems.com — von
der Adresse deiner Apple- oder Google-Anmeldung, oder nenne uns deinen Keets-Tag aus den
Einstellungen. Anfragen werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen bearbeitet.
Was gelöscht wird
- Dein Konto samt Apple-/Google-Kennung, Anzeigename und Keets-Tag.
- Dein Erkundungsfortschritt — alle besuchten Kartenfelder.
- Alle von dir erstellten Quests mit Namen und Grenzen.
- Von dir erzeugte Einladungscodes.
- Die Verknüpfung zwischen Konto und Gerät.
Was aufbewahrt wird
- Anonyme Nutzungsereignisse — Zählungen von Aktionen wie dem Start einer
Aufzeichnung, zur Produktanalyse. Sie verweisen auf eine interne Kennung, die nach der
Löschung keinem Konto mehr zuzuordnen ist, und enthalten weder Namen noch Anmeldekennung
noch Standort.
- Der Geräte-Zulassungseintrag — eine zufällige Geräte-ID und der Einladungs-
code, damit ein Gerät die begrenzten Einladungen nicht mehrfach einlösen kann. Nach der
Löschung ist er nicht mehr mit deiner Identität verknüpft.
